TMB Swadaya Construction Reaches 72 Percent

The construction of Taman Maju Bersama (TMB) Swadaya on Jalan Swadaya 4, RT 07/02 Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung, East Jakarta is intensified.

The construction that has been running since June 10 ago, now has reached 72 percent and is targeted to complete in October 2024.

East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Djauhar Arifin, said this park construction is part of adding public space above 2.2 hectare land at residential area.

"TMB Swadaya's concept combines green and blue and its process is in accordance with SOP. This park will add green open space that can be used by residents for interaction, social activities and sports," he said, Thursday (8/29).

According to him, TMB Swadaya will be completed with reservoir, park, Children Play Ground (CPG) and hanging game equipment (Monkey Bar). Then there is a hall, library, guard post, toilet, mini lake with water bikes and stone therapy.

In the 20x30 square meter reservoir area, lembang plants or water plants are also planted. These plants can grow as high as two meter and strengthen the retaining wall area so that it is not easily eroded.

He continued, the jogging track area at TMB Swadaya is built using floor hardener material to provide comfort to residents.

"The area is also equipped with tiles guides for people with disabilities," he stated.
